Lisa is trained in this technique and applies it in her personal and professional practice.
None at all. Lisa teaches from the ground up — this class is designed for people who are completely new to this work as well as those who have done personal development before and want to go deeper. The only requirement is curiosity and a willingness to look inward.
No. This is an educational class — not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Lisa shares tools, techniques, and concepts that you can explore on your own. If you are working through significant trauma or mental health challenges, please continue working with your licensed professional in addition to this class.
